Returns & Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our priority. In the event that any unused product does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase, subject to item availability. All returned items must be accompanied by a properly completed return form and sales receipt indicating return or exchange and the reason. To obtain the Return/Exchange form, please contact us via email orders@fiduccia.com. The form will be emailed to you in a printable PDF format. Failure to include this form will delay the processing of your return and might null and void your request. Please allow 10-12 business days for receipt and processing of your return.

Reduced price merchandise purchased is not refundable as the sale is considered final.

Fiduccia does not offer refunds and/or exchanges on custom and bespoke orders.

If an item exchange is due to a mistake on the part of Fiduccia or based on issues of quality, the exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to you via UPS Ground.

Items returned for exchange will be credited to the original form of payment and a new order will then be placed for any replacement item(s) as requested. Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed, but provided the replacement item(s) are available, a new charge will be processed.
